The Warrior Games Family Program looks forward to hosting you at the 2021 DoD Warrior Games. The DoD, the ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex, and Walt Disney World Resort will follow CDC guidelines for COVID-19 to ensure the safety of athletes, staff, and guests.
Q: What is Warrior Games?
A: The Warrior Games exist to provide an opportunity for athletes to grow physically, mentally, and spiritually from the sportsmanship and camaraderie gained by representing their respective service teams in a friendly and spirited competition. It is an opportunity for athletes to showcase their enduring warrior spirit in the presence of their families and a grateful nation.
The 2020 Department of Defense (DoD) Warrior Games will be held Sept. 12-22 in Orlando, Florida. Hosted by the U.S. Army, approximately 300 wounded, ill, and injured service members and veterans will participate in the competition. The athletes will represent the U.S. Army, Marine Corps, Navy, Air Force, and Special Operations Command. Athletes from the British Armed Forces, Australian Defence Force, Canadian Armed Forces, Armed Forces of the Netherlands, and the Danish Armed Forces will also compete.

Q: What is Warrior Games Family Program?
A: The Warrior Games Family Program supports families attending Warrior Games by providing two family members per athlete with: round trip flights to the host city, lodging, transportation to/from sporting venues, official credentials, meals, and spirit gear.
Q: Who is eligible to apply for Warrior Games Family Program?
A: Families of service members or veterans participating at the Warrior Games are eligible to apply.
Q: How do I apply for Warrior Games Family Program?
A: Once the service member or veteran athlete has been selected to attend the Warrior Games, please contact your military liaison for details on the Warrior Games Family Program.

A: The Warrior Games are located in a new location every year. The 2021 Warrior Games will be hosted by the U.S. Army in Orlando Florida at the ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex.

Q: What transportation arrangements are there for getting to & from the airport?
Transportation is available to/from the Orlando (MCO) Airport to your hotel. Detailed information will be available shortly.
Q: What transportation arrangements are there for getting to & from Warrior Games and Special Events?
Buses will begin one hour prior to designated start times, and stop thirty minutes after event completions. During these events, buses will depart both the hotel and the respective venue every hour. Buses will not transport family members to practices.
Transportation schedules will be available in the lobby of your hotel.
